It goes without saying that we work closely with the 'ambassadors' of the trade – i.e Restaurangakademien (The Restaurant Academy) and other sommelier training programs. Spendrups is one of the main sponsors of Årets Kock (Chef of the Year), Sweden's major cookery competition that takes place in February every year.
